Marmol Radziner Prefab is able to design prefab homes in virtually any size or configuration, taking into account site considerations and personal preferences. The Utah House 1 features 2,500 square feet of interior space, 1,720 square feet of exterior deck space, accommodating three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home will be prefabricated entirely in the factory and transported for site installation. The home features Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), a recycled steel frame, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom cabinets, and concrete tile floors. As part of Utah House 1’s green design, solar panels supply electrical power to the home.
