Former SNFU lead comes out swinging
It's been sometime now since Canadian punk icons
SNFU
closed shop much to the dismay of their rabid fanbase (yours truely included). But for those jonesing for some new material can swing by
Mr.Chi-Pig
's
Myspace
site for a taste of a few solo tracks.
Those expecting the high tempo/angst of SNFU will be somewhat surprised at Chi's offerings. Though abit quirky at times I have to say this seems to be a deliberate departure from what we normally would come to expect from him.
Great tracks, but fingers still crossed for yet another reunion tour !

Ferrell does Goulet
A nice way to kick off a Thursday and look forward to Friday ! A classic Will Ferrell impression of the pride of Canada, Robert Goulet.
"You got to accentuate the positives....come on Jerry it's a magical night !....Goulet !"
Enjoy !

Update
Designer
Charlie Davidson
was kind enough to send us a pick of his
Black-Light
's recent appearance at
Tokyo Design Tide
that took place the other week (31st October - 5th November).
For those of you considering one of these sinister chaps, Charlie is currently selling them in England for £400.

U2 vs. Green Day

The Saints Are Coming
Hot off the heels of their performance in New Orleans a few weeks back,
U2
and
Green Day
's video for
The Saints Are Coming
is now making it's way accross the net.
The video depicts a fictional storyline where the US Government redeploys Iraqi based troops to Katrina ravaged New Orleans. The fictional news footage is pretty amazing and somewhat uplifting at times, but ultimately sad knowing how the story actually played out.
Makes you wish MTV played videos again as opposed to airing re-runs of Cribs.
